All my Watches are checked to see they are Working Perfectly, prior dispatch.

If a battery powered Watch, has been in my stock for more than 6 months, prior to resale I will have a new Battery fitted.

I always make sure goods are well packed personally by myself, I care that your Watch reaches you in perfect condition.

All electronic & mechanical products can breakdown and my watches are no exception, I try to cut down the risks of this by careful buying and ensuring the products I sell, are built using only the best quality componants.

If your watch breaks down within the Guarantee Period

I will first offer to get it repaired within no more than 2 weeks.

If it can not be repaired within this timescale, I will try to offer you the same product as a replacement.

If I can not offer you the same product, I will offer an equivelant product.

If I can not offer you any of the above options I will refund the initial cost of the product less Postage & Packing costs.

I use the "Royal Mail Recorded Delivery Service" and I always aim to Ship your Watch within 1 - 4 Days, upon reciept of your order.

I will be polite and courtious at all times.

I will always respect your confidentially.

I will aim to answer any Questions via e-mail in no more than 36 Hours.
